Bill
Rudock, the founder of First Light Photography is an award winning, nationally acclaimed
photographer. His stunning images have been seen in many of the country's most prestigious
publications. Already an accomplished wedding and portrait photographer, Bill's landscape
images have earned him a reputation as one of the finest nature and outdoor photographers
in the country.
'Adventure' you might say is Bill's middle name. As a licensed pilot, experienced mountain
climber, and certified scuba diver he is able to find the wonders of nature and then
create the beautiful photographs that have brought him national acclaim.
Bill received his Master of Photography degree in 1992 and his Photographic Craftsman
Degree in 1995. He has received many honors and awards in his 25 years as a Professional
Photographer including twice being elected President of the Professional Photographers of
Long Island.
Three of Bill's photographs were chosen for the 'National Loan Collection' and three
others awarded the coveted 'Masters Court of Honor' by the Professional Photographers of
America.
Kodak's 'Award of Excellence' was awarded to Bill twice and his images were displayed at
the EPCOT exhibit in Disney World, Florida.

Award' for photographic excellence. Bill states "being chosen Photographer of the
Year by my fellow colleagues was the most rewarding honor I have ever received". |
